Raised right here in Buffalo, Wyoming, North Fork Beef is what you want to feed your family.
Why our beef and not what the grocery store is selling? It is homegrown, family raised, grain finished with no added growth hormones, antibiotic free, dry aged and USDA inspected beef.

North Fork Beef is raised just north of Buffalo in the foothills of the Big Horn Mountains at North Fork Ranch. The Foss family has spent over 40 years developing and producing cattle that now meet the specifications to be certified as all natural beef.
Through third party verification, the Foss’s have spent countless hours providing documentation and site visits to have the cattle age and source verified. They have proved that all cattle are raised and handled in accordance to the strict standards set in this program, part of it being Non-Hormone Treated Cattle (NHTC). The calves in this program are antibiotic free, have no added growth hormones and are not treated with any sulfa drugs. After weaning, the calves are pastured on grass and during winter will get alfalfa/grass hay. North Fork does not source outside cattle for this program. They are all born, grown and family raised at North Fork Ranch.
Feedlot ready cattle can be found in the family feedlot where they are grain finished. Once finished, the beef head to a USDA certified processing facility where they will be dry aged for 21 days.

The cuts and hamburger have received USDA certification and approval to sell to the public within the United States.
